In the event of damage, we are a competent and helpful contact partner and offer the entire handling of accident damage. In order to meet our own and our customers’ quality requirements and to guarantee smooth, fast and professional processing, we maintain an Austria-wide network of specialist companies that we can fall back on if necessary. This also includes dealing with insurance companies.
Our specialists assess the damage in question, prepare a cost estimate and then carry out a professional repair. Thanks to our large stock of spare parts, we can guarantee prompt processing without unnecessary delays.
Assembly & commissioning
WE ARE YOUR PARTNER IN ALL MATTERS.
Our services include all maintenance and installation work for our products. Thanks to highly trained employees and carefully selected partners, we can guarantee technically flawless installation and optimum service for our products.
If you wish to install our products yourself, we will be happy to provide you with a specialist who will familiarize you with the technical standards and show you how to install the products correctly. In this way, we can guarantee that our products will perform their task 100% on the road, even if they are installed by a third party.
Logistics & After Sales
PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE INCLUDES OPTIMUM LOGISTICS.
Our products are mainly delivered from our Althofen site in Austria. Fast order processing is our top priority.
Since January 2024, this has been taking place in our newly built premises.
With a total area of around 10,000 m², we have sufficient capacity to supply both Austria and our international markets, such as Sweden, England, New Zealand, Germany, Japan, Thailand, Canada, Denmark and Slovakia, directly and quickly from Althofen.
After-sales service also shapes our customers’ brand image. In our customer service, we place particular emphasis on solution-oriented support and expert advice.
RENTAL
We offer our customers a wide range of state-of-the-art rental equipment for almost any application. We have everything you need for your project, from warning trailers to construction site traffic lights.
We understand that every construction project is different and places different demands on the details of the rental equipment required. That is why we offer you an extensive range of suitable solutions for every project and every need. You can hire LED warning trailers, LED advance warning trailers, mobile traffic light systems, traffic jam warning systems and mobile traffic management systems from us.
The advantage of renting traffic guidance systems is that you can hire the machines at fair prices. Especially for smaller projects where the purchase of such systems is profitable, renting is a good alternative. This way, customers can be sure that they only pay for the time they actually need and therefore do not incur any unexpected costs. For customers who need a larger number of devices, we also offer special deals to save their budget.
